Courses with fewer than 4 students are subject to cancellation.

If a course is cancelled due to an insufficient ​number of students or extreme circumstances, all registered students will receive a full refund.

If a student requests to drop a course, they may be eligible for a partial refund:

1. if the cancellation request is within 24 hours of registration or 4 weeks prior to the start date, the student will receive a full refund​;

2. if the cancellation request is 2 weeks prior to the start date, the student will receive a 75% refund;

3. if the cancellation request is 1 week prior to the start date, the student will receive a 50% refund;

4. otherwise, no refund will be issued.

If a student purchases private lessons (single or package):

1. a cancellation within 24 hours and no hours spent is eligible for a full refund;

2. otherwise, any unused hours are eligible for a 50% refund.
